OUR PROVEN 5 STEP PROCESS

1. Identify the Story
Every great film begins with a powerful story. We work closely with your team to uncover the most impactful narratives within your organization—whether it’s the journey of an individual, the success of a program, or the ripple effects of your mission. Our goal is to identify stories that align with your values and resonate emotionally with your target audience.

2. Layout the Story
Once we’ve identified the core narrative, we move into development. This includes a collaborative discovery process where we build the structure of the piece, outline key themes, and develop an AV script. We also provide pre-production documents that map out interviews, visual style, tone, locations, and logistics to ensure everything is aligned before we begin production.

3. Shoot the Story
With a plan in place, our team captures the story—whether it’s through a vérité-style unscripted approach, more polished scripted sequences, or a blend of both. We approach filming with intention, crafting each frame to elevate emotion, highlight authenticity, and connect audiences to the humanity behind your mission.

4. Post Production
This is where the story truly comes to life. Through thoughtful editing, color grading, sound design, and music selection, we shape the raw footage into a finished film that captures both heart and clarity. 5. Distribute the Story
